Chad is not your typical theorist/author. A third-generation steelworker from western Pennsylvania, Chad forged his ideas in the same fire that shaped his grit—through sweat, scars, and spiritual awakenings. With no formal degrees and a blue-collar backbone, he’s spent a lifetime asking the deeper questions most people are too busy or too broken to face.
